Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Dine In for your private dining experience. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Below are the terms of our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Booking and Cancellations

Booking Confirmation: 

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the total service cost. This fee secures your chosen date and chef for the Dine In Experience.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled Dine In Experience will result in a full refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled Dine In Experience will result in a 50% refund of the total service cost minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 3 of the scheduled Dine In Experience are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your Dine In Experience. You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.

Cancellation by Dine In:

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your experience at no additional cost. Including the booking fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

  • Please note that the time taken for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, but are transferable. They may be redeemed for any Dine In Experience within 365 days from the date of purchase.

Changes to This Policy

Dine In reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without providing notice. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes).
